Jason Maas Owner - President

Jason Maas has lived in the Spokane Area for over 30 years and has served his community in a number of different capacities. Jason studied at the Community Colleges of Spokane. He then attended a 5 yr Apprenticeship through the I.B.E.W and set out to start his first successful business "Maas Electric, Inc" in 2003. Jason's certifications include: Administrator License, Journeyman Electrician License, Successful Subrogation, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, EPA Lead-Based Paint Program.

Jason volunteered as a soccer & golf coach and he is an avid golfer. He has multiple times volunteered for the KXLY Extreme Team Makeover of Spokane donating not only materials but his own time and labor for those who are living in extreme situations.

Dena Maas- Owner

Dena Maas has lived in Spokane for over 45 years where she was born and raised. Dena holds customer service in high regard having spent 27 years in the food/retail industry, 16 of those years as a store manager. Dena was a district trainer for multiple leadership development classes and has even received various honors in leadership throughout her career. Exceeding the needs of her customers has always been a top priority. She accomplishes this by developing lasting relationships with the people she serves.

Dena volunteered at 2nd Harvest Food bank events, Susan G Komen, Boys and Girls Club. She loves the people in her community and finds ways to connect with them through service.

Dena loves the outdoors and can be often found, cycling, swimming, and walking her dog. She loves spending time with her family, especially doing activities outdoors with them.

Kevin MacCary

Kevin MacCary - Operations Manager

History: Started with SERVPRO in 1991, I have worked through and preformed all aspects and job duties within the SERVPRO system including multiple Storm events. I have been a Production Technician, Crew chief, Estimator, large loss manager, Branch Manager, and General Manager. IICRC Certified, Hazwoper 40, Mold/ bio hazard, and lead. 

What he likes about his job: What I most value in this industry is the ability to help others on a day to day basis, and helping in catastrophic events. Always here to help #Like it never even happened. 

Hobbies: I enjoy Dirt biking, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.

April MacCary- Office Manager

History: April has been in the restoration industry  since the late 1990’s. With all of her time in the industry being at SERVPRO.  The started as a fire technician, mold technician then took on the role as a painter on repairs. She transitioned into the office in 2010 working out of the office in sales and estimating.  She is very invested in connecting with the community and has volunteered at multiple organizations such as Toys for Tots, CASA and the Homeless Coalition.



What she likes about her job: She likes that every day brings something new and helping people in their  time of need.



Hobbies: Hiking, reading and baking

Derek Corbin

Derek Corbin

Derek Corbin: Business Development Specialist

History: A graduate of EWU, Derek has brought over 20 years of sales experience to the team, most of which has been working with government and Fortune 500 clients. Derek managed finance and marketing divisions for over a decade before moving into capital equipment sales where he assisted in locating and writing federal grants for cities and counties. His approach as a sales consultant is finding a solution to meeting each of his client’s needs. Derek also recognizes the importance of community volunteerism. He  was the President of Pop Warner and coached kids until they reached the 8th grade. Derek is now active in volunteering in community planning and development in downtown Spokane.

What he likes about his job: Derek is proud of his success in increasing sales for the companies he’s worked for. He enjoys the challenge of bringing in new business and finding untapped markets within an industry in order to educate companies about the benefits SERVPRO provides and how we can be there to help preserve and restore people’s lives. Giving our clients the tools to recover after a catastrophic event makes working at SERVPRO an enriching experience both personally and professionally.

Hobbies: Derek enjoys skiing and hiking in the mountains. His favorite places are rivers and lakes of the Pacific Northwest. Derek also likes all sports, including fishing. Go Cougs!

Ron Stathes: Business Development Specialist

History: Ron has a Masters in Fine Arts from Eastern Washington University and many years of sales experience as a bartender, sales rep and manager at a liquor store.

What he likes about his job: He likes the people he works with. The chance to help people that really need it and the interesting things and people he learns about in his line of work.

Hobbies: Ron loves fishing the local lakes from his pontoon boat, strumming his guitar strings, while he sings, which he describes as disturbing the peace on the mountain where he resides.

History:  Born and raised in a SERVPRO family, considers SERVPRO in her blood.

What she likes about her job: It’s a physically active type of work, Being able to help her customers in a hands on way is very rewarding.

Hobbies: Relaxing  and spending with friends and family.

History: Grew up in Las Vegas, lived in Spokane for almost 10 years, many years of construction experience.

What he likes about his job: Likes his customers, Likes being able to help people, likes working with his co-workers/ great team.

Hobbies: Loves the outdoors, especially winter sports such as snowboarding and snowmobiling, working on cars and spending time with friends.

History: From Indiana, grew up in a military family then became a military wife, had the opportunity to travel the world with the US Airforce

What she likes about her job: Giving back to families things they think they have lost forever, Comforting and reassuring customers. She loves the family like atmosphere within the company!

 Hobbies: Drawing, building, painting, fishing, camping, shooting pool and throwing darts.

History: Edgar was born in Mexico and grew up in California.

What he likes about his job: The variety of the work he gets to do and helping our customers in their time of need.

Hobbies: Edgar likes a variety of sports including boxing, soccer and football.

History: Grew up in Spokane. She loves Spokane because it provides a great balance between beautiful nature and the urban lifestyle in downtown Spokane.

What she likes about her job: She likes being able to help people that have just experienced disasters. She loves it when she can make a positive difference for those customers, helping them any way she can.

Hobbies: Photography, being outdoors in nature.
